Mane and Feather Boutique Shipping Policy

Apparel and other printed items are in production for 5-7 business days. Delivery time depends on the product and delivery destination and average 5-14 business days. Pick up orders average 5 business days after production is complete.

Custom hat orders will be fulfilled in 3-5 business days for in-stock colors. Colors not in stock will be fulfilled in 2-5 weeks. 

All other items will be fulfilled in 1-3 business days.

Orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after fulfillment has been completed.

Shipping time depends on the product and delivery destination and average 5-14 business days.

Shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. Any fees are paid to appropriate customs agency by the end customer.

Most apparel and printed products are shipped using commercial companies (like UPS or Fed-Ex). Please use a physical address instead of a PO Box address to ensure smooth delivery.

We know sometimes it doesn’t work out. We’re here to help!

We happily accept returns of most items within 30 days of the date of purchase for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in new condition, unaltered, free of hair, deodorant, makeup, stains, smells, rips, etc... Items found damaged or used will not be eligible for return. Purchase verification is required on all returns. 

Return shipping fees are the buyers responsibility.

Custom orders are final sale.

 

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The product’s color representation online may vary from the exact color of the merchandise due to photography lenses, lighting conditions, and computer monitor used. Clothing patterns may also vary. These differences do not qualify as defects or damages and will be subject to the same return policies as all other products.

Mane and Feather Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen products marked as delivered by the carrier. If the carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to provide a replacement or store credit for your order.

 

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly during the checkout Mane and Feather Boutique will not replace or refund lost orders correctly delivered to the provided shipping address.

 

The amount refunded includes only the original purchase price of the products, and does not include original shipping charges. We do not refund shipping charges paid at the time of order or paid to return the item.
