Create Your Own Custom Burned Wool Felt Hat!

Each design is burned freehand by Alicia—no stencils, just pure artistry. Think of it as a tattoo for your hat—completely unique and made just for you.
These hats feature adjustable sizing with a Velcro tab inside the sweatband for a comfortable fit.
 
How It Works:
1. Choose your hat color.
2. Choose your burn design size ("Hat Tattoo"):
– ¼ Brim
– ½ Brim
– ¾ Brim
– Full Brim
– Full Hat (includes Full Brim plus the crown, or both the top and underside of the brim)
Design Details:
Each piece is burned by hand—no two are alike.
We can bring almost any idea to life! You're welcome to include photo references.

Be sure to include design placement, such as:

– Front of under brim

Want extra character? We offer hat distressing, with hand-burned edges that add a beautifully worn-in, vintage feel.
 
Each hat comes with a plain ribbon hat band included.

You can expect the custom hat to ship within 1-3 weeks depending on stock of the color requested. Feel free to contact us to see if we have your hat color for a fast processing time.
